Bathroom renovations in Montréal’s West Island.
MTL Vertex Reno plans and builds complete bathrooms around the way a household uses the room—from layout and waterproofing to tile, fixtures, cabinetry coordination and final details.

Complete bathroom renovations
A functional room, planned as one project.
A bathroom brings structure, water management, surfaces, storage, plumbing fixtures and lighting into a compact space. We define the scope before work begins, coordinate the construction sequence and carry the selected details through to the finished room. We can also execute approved plans and elevations supplied by your interior designer.

Plan the room around real routines.
The first decisions are practical: who uses the room, what must be stored, whether a tub or separate shower is needed, and what feels restrictive in the existing layout. Those answers guide the placement of the vanity, bathing zones, fixtures and circulation before finishes are selected.

Build the shower from the inside out.
A finished shower is only as dependable as the preparation behind it. The project scope can include demolition, substrate preparation, waterproofing, niches or a bench, tile layout and coordinated shower fixtures. Existing conditions and the chosen assembly are reviewed before the work sequence is finalized.

Make every visible detail belong together.
Vanity dimensions, storage, mirrors, lighting, faucets, hardware and tile transitions all affect how the completed bathroom feels and works. We coordinate these elements with the approved layout so the final installation reads as one considered space rather than a collection of separate products.
Real project stories

Bathroom renovation FAQ
Planning the work.
Every room and existing condition is different; these are the most useful starting points.
info@mtlvertexreno.ca01What can a complete bathroom renovation include?
Depending on the existing room and agreed scope, a project may include demolition, layout changes, waterproofing, tile, a shower or bathtub, vanity and storage, plumbing fixtures, lighting coordination, painting and final finishing.
02Can the plumbing layout be changed?
Sometimes. Feasibility depends on the building, floor structure, existing services and the proposed layout. Our basement bathroom case study shows one project where removing a platform required opening the slab and reworking drainage.
03Can you build from plans prepared by my designer?
Yes. We can execute approved plans and elevations supplied by your interior designer and coordinate the on-site work with the specified layout, materials and details.
04Where do you take on bathroom projects?
We are based in Montréal’s West Island and consider projects across the West Island, Montréal, Westmount, Laval and surrounding areas according to location, scope and availability.
05What should I send for a first project review?
Use the guided questionnaire to select the room type, building type, approximate size, desired scope and finish level. You can also add known dimensions, photos, plans and a short optional description.
